Standard insert has a tapped 8/32 thread all the way through the insert, thus allowing you to add additional weight before inserting into the shaft.  
Brass insert come in two different sizes: .243 and Safari.
Standard .243 fits the CT Cheetah, CT Whitetail, CT Rhino, and CT Panther.
Brass Safari insert fits CT Rhino Safari.
